夏威夷饮食文化
夏威夷人的口味受到源自全球各地一代代移民的影响，所以各民族特色美食融汇于此也就不足为奇。和全世界任何其他地方一样，夏威夷人的口味多种多样，但是有些当地美食可以说是夏威夷独有。最能代表群岛街边小吃特色的是夏威夷快餐，盛在纸盘里，菜品几乎应有尽有，包括照烧牛肉搭配两勺米饭、日式午餐肉饭团。当地人也喜欢夏威夷米饭汉堡早餐（白米饭盖汉堡肉饼、煎蛋和肉汁）、异国风味的刨冰和夏威夷椰子布丁 (haupia)。
