Join us for a family fun Block Party on Rice Street, featuring 3 entertainment stages, keiki area, over 75 local Kauaʻi Made vendors, food trucks, and more. Kickoff your Halloween costumes and celebrations with the community on Rice Street. Join us as we come together as a community enjoy live music, food, and fun. Rice Street will be closed from 2-10p from Umi Street to Kalena Street. Resident entry available at Kalena Street.
