Try the Kona Coffee Roasted Rack of Lamb, Maui Onion Crusted Seared Ahi (considered by many to be the best Ahi preparation!), or the nightly fresh seafood design. To finish the meal, delight in a slice of the famous Triple Berry Pie, or Road to Hana - a chocolate cake with a chewy macadamia nut caramel, and sour chocolate mousse, all enrobed in silky chocolate ganache.
