Ea Mai Hawaiinuiakea 选自《福南德夏威夷古代史及民间传说选集》(Fornander Collection of Hawaiian Antiquities and Folk-lore) 第四卷，讲述了夏威夷群岛的宗谱以及夏威夷人始祖 Haloa 的故事。宗谱圣歌在夏威夷有着重要意义，其中记录了岛民的家世渊源。明白自己的身份，岛民们才能懂得自己在延续宗谱、延续夏威夷的历史中起到的作用，这样他们才会明白，对于这片土地、这里的人，自己担负着怎样的责任。
